For Memorial Day, Flag Day, July 4th, Veteran's Day or any day you want to teach your troop about patriotism.

Get it while you can! This "Bag" is being discontinued to make room for new "Badge in a Bags". The Brownie Wave the Flag Try-It is being retired by GSUSA. Make sure to pick up your Try-Its from the council store while they still have availablity.

LESS THAN 30¢ PER PROJECT!                Kit contains supplies for a maximum of 12 scouts to do four activities. Order a "bag of extras" for troops up to 16. Order 2 full bags for troops of 17 or more.

With this bag, even the youngest children can learn how special it is to be an American. All you'll need is scissors, markers and glue. Our kit contains everything else you'll need for 12 twelve girls to do four projects each.

Available with a "Bag of Extras" for leaders who like to make samples, have extra supplies on hand or to stretch your kit for additional girls. Bag of Extras contains 4 flags, 4 tissue paper kids, 4 cards and envelopes.

If you are a Brownie leader and would like to use this kit to complete your Wave the Flag Try-It here is our suggestion for fulfilling the requirements. Of course, it is not meant to infringe upon your own interpretation of the badge or the requirements printed in the Try-It book.

Requirement 1 - Flag Facts
Kit contains a 4" x 6" plastic flag for each girl. Learn what the 13 stripes and 50 stars stand for. Project will take about 10 minutes to complete.

Requirement 2 - Show it Off
Decorate yourself with patriotic temporary tattoos to show everyone your pride in being an American. Project will take about 10 minutes to complete.

Requirement 3 - Celebrate
Every day is a good day to celebrate your patriotism. Wear a red, white and blue foamie visor and have a patriotic parade or sing patriotic songs. Allow 10 minutes.

Requirement 6 - Do Good
Make a card to send to send to a veteran or a service person thanking them for serving our country. Project will take about 15 minutes to complete. Kit includes card, envelope and stickers. You'll need your own markers.
