Scout Ways Badge in a Bag^®
Here's the perfect "bag" for new girls scouts or for troops looking to revisit scouting basics.

Get it while you can! This "Bag" is being discontinued to make room for new "Badge in a Bags". The current Brownie Scout Ways Try-It is being retired by GSUSA. Make sure to pick up your Try-Its from the council store while they still have availablity.

LESS THAN 30¢ PER PROJECT
Kit contains supplies for a maximum of 12 scouts to do four activities. Order a "bag of extras" for troops up to 16. Order 2 full bags for troops of 17 or more.

Easy projects to make scouting fun while learning about the basics of the program.

Available with a "Bag of Extras" for leaders who like to make samples, have extra supplies on hand or to stretch your kit for four additional girls.

If you are a Brownie leader and would like to use this kit to complete your Girl Scout Ways Try-It here is our suggestion for fulfilling the requirements. Of course, it is not meant to infringe upon your own interpretation of the badge or the requirements printed in the Try-It book.

Requirement 1 - The Girl Scout Law
Each girl can make a wooden puppet then work in pairs to create a puppet show. You'll also need paint or markers. Project will take about 10 minutes to complete not including the time spent developing and performing a show.

Requirement 2 or 3 - Make S'more SWAPs
Make a Brownie Bear SWAP to exchange with another troop and learn about Girl Scout SWAPping. Kit includes foamie pieces and pin. You'll need your own glue and make your tags. Project will take about 10 minutes to complete not including the spent SWAPping.

Requirement 4 - Make a Sit-Upon
Make carry-along sit-upons! We provide a large heavy duty lime green plastic bag with handles and sticky foamies to decorate it. You'll need permanent markers and stuffing material or you can purchase  our sit-upon pads. Project will take about 15 minutes to complete.

Requirement 5 - Be Prepared
Kit includes a 6" wide box to decorate with included foamies and your permanent markers. Use your box to help you stay prepared. You can use it for car trip activities, first aid supplies, homework supplies, or your scout meeting materials. Allow 10 minutes for this activity.
