Magic Badge in a Bag^®
This bag will thrill your troop! Magic is hobby all kids love and your group will be no exception.

Get it while you can! This "Bag" is being discontinued to make room for new "Badge in a Bags". The current Brownie Hobbies Try-It is being retired by GSUSA. Make sure to pick up your Try-Its from the council store while they still have availablity.

LESS THAN 30¢ PER PROJECT!                Kit contains supplies for a maximum of 12 scouts to do four activities. Order a "bag of extras" for troops up to 16. Order 2 full bags for troops of 17 or more.

Try out a new hobby with your troop. The bag has enough supplies for 12 girls to amaze and delight their family and friends. Available with a "Bag of Extras" for leaders who like to make samples, have extra supplies on hand or to stretch your kit for four additional girls. We also offer additional pre-packaged magic tricks to add to your collection.

If you are a Brownie leader and would like to use this kit to complete your Brownie Hobbies Try-It here is our suggestion for fulfilling the requirements. Of course, it is not meant to infringe upon your own interpretation of the badge or the requirements printed in the Try-It book.

Requirement 3 - Organizing Your Hobby
Keep your magic supplies in the supplied 5-1/2" tall gift bag. You can decorate it using your own supplies. Glitter and glue is available at an additional cost. Project will take about 20 minutes to complete. 

Requirement 4 - Practicing Your Hobby
Set a goal and keep track of the time you spend practicing your magic. Worksheet is included in your kit.

Requirement 5 - Making an Example
Paint the included 12" dowel black and white to use as a magic wand. You'll need your own paint and brushes. Project will take about 20 minutes to complete.

Requirement 6 - Show and Tell 
This bag includes 12 different prepackaged magic tricks. There is a different trick for each girl. Each girl also gets written instructions for a coin trick and a card trick to learn using her own household supplies. Use can purchase an additional set of the same 12 magic tricks if you prefer to give each girl two prepackage magic tricks. Put on a show for each other or invite family and friends to a special night of magic.
