If you are a Junior Girl Scout leader, this "bag" will give you enough supplies to meet eight of the requirements. You choose the six that are right for your troop. Entire badge can probably be completed in one meeting.

Here is our suggestion for fulfilling the requirements. Of course, it is not meant to infringe upon your own interpretation of the badge or the requirements printed in the badge book. 

Requirement 1 - Media Savvy
Explore different types of media included in kit: Paint, Pencils, Crayons, Markers. Paper is provided. Project will take about 15 minutes to complete.

Requirement 2 - Primary/Secondary
Use the color chart and wheel to learn about primary and secondary colors. Practice mixing colors in the trays provided. Paint, brushes and paper also provided. Project will take about 15 minutes to complete.

Requirement 3 - No Brushes
You'll get a whole packet of supplies to try: toothbrush, sponges, craft sticks, pipe cleaners and hemp. Project will take about 15 minutes to complete.

Requirement 4 - What's Your Line
Crayons, Markers, and Pencils provided to make thick and thin lines. Project will take about 15 minutes to complete.

Requirement 5 - In Shape
Use provided stencils to make a picture using shapes. Project will take about 15 minutes to complete.

Requirement 6 - Shades of Color
Choose from crayons, markers, pencils or paint provided to make darker/lighter pictures. Project will take about 15 minutes to complete.

Requirement 7 - It's How You Look at It
Each girl has her own worksheet and ruler to learn how to draw in perspective. Project will take about 15 minutes to complete.
